Very spacious room by Japanese standards. Tatami floors were pretty nice. I enjoyed the location as well. Central and 7-10 minutes walk to Kyoto station. The staff was also extremely friendly 10/10

Fantastic home. A lot of the other locations we stayed during our trip were very tiny, so it was nice to have actual space during this part of the stay. The home itself was spotless, you would have thought you were walking into a show home.
3 bedrooms. Two upstairs with 3 beds each (6 total), separated space downstairs functions as third room with 2 futons. The futons were VERY comfortable and the area is closed off by sliding doors from the main living room and kitchen space.
Two toilets and then a main shower room. Kitchen was excellent size.
Highly recommend.
