Very spacious accommodations! Beds were huge and lots of space to spread out after a long day of activities. We were able to get good nights rest and no outside street noise issues. Room handbook explained all you needed to know about the navigating room. Very helpful!
Location was great. Close to Kyoto Station, mall right next door where there was a grocery store, big food court, and shopping for any essentials.
Staff on hand at all times and was very friendly. Felt right at home there. We had luggage service and they placed in our room before we even arrived. Nice! Also assisted with luggage service after checkout.
Highly recommended and would stay there again!

Fantastic home. A lot of the other locations we stayed during our trip were very tiny, so it was nice to have actual space during this part of the stay. The home itself was spotless, you would have thought you were walking into a show home.
3 bedrooms. Two upstairs with 3 beds each (6 total), separated space downstairs functions as third room with 2 futons. The futons were VERY comfortable and the area is closed off by sliding doors from the main living room and kitchen space.
Two toilets and then a main shower room. Kitchen was excellent size.
Highly recommend.
