The hot spring was unwinding and my family enjoyed the location of the hotel since it’s around 10minutes walk to the ski resort. The food was luscious with various local delicacy and other food options. Moreover, the strawberry milk in the vending machine near the public Bath tasted so good after a nice rest in the onsen.

Yama-San was incredibly helpful - supported us with booking snowboarding lessons, renting our equipment and giving us advise on the slopes/ surrounding area. He also provided a coupon for a local onsen. The hotel itself is really close to Annapuri and Yama-San can drop you off there after breakfast. The other slopes are reachable by bus, and the bus stop is 200m from the hotel. The breakfast food provided is very filling and varied each day. Enjoyed sitting in the communal areas in front of the log fire watching the snowfall - very peaceful!

Our group of three stayed at Oasis Lodge Annupuri for a week, and we absolutely loved it! The lodge has the charm of a classic ski chalet, with a cosy and relaxed vibe that makes you feel right at home. The manager and his team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, far exceeding what we would have expected. Their kindness and support made our stay even more special. The whole place felt warm and inviting, perfect after a day on the slopes. Location was perfect right on the slopes to ski. Everything was in one location and you did not even need to leave the resort as everything was included.

The completely non-smoking Milky House is just 200 metres from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, where there is a direct bus stop from Chitose Airport.

Everything. Details, like pick us up from the terminal and the shuttle bus to the go gondolas. The breakfast was also delicious.

We liked so many things about this place: The room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. Hotel has a public onsen which was never occupied when we went there. The breakfast was top notch: i don’t understand people complaining about the food not being appropriate for western people. You are visiting another country, why would you want to eat the very same food you eat at home? It was beautifully composed and nearly all of it was also really delicious. There is a free shuttle to the slopes and back to the hotel.
