Really enjoyed this stay, very large room with every hotel amenity you could think of. Huge tv, great coffee maker, the usual Japanese hotel toiletries plus a lot extra, welcome drinks, drinks fridge/machine in room. Bath was a huge spa, much more comfortable than expected (and all the bath salts & oils etc)
The room service food was cheap and very high quality, super impressed. A bit tricky to order via the tv using Google translate on my phone but worth the effort. Everything we ordered was great, from Steak to Sando’s.
If your feeling adventurous and want to try out a Japanese “love hotel” I’d say give it a go. For the space in the room if nothing else - king size bed was comfy & huge with room to swing several cats lol
Also good aircon, very effective block out curtains and pretty good noise dampening. Slept so well!

The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape.
Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!
