We have traveled in different countries with our kids and this is our second time in Japan. The staff was by far the best in anywhere around the world and in Japan. They even took us to station and helped to put our luggage in lockers and buy our tickets. It is so close to public transport and at the heart of Dotonbori so good meal is in reach as well as troustic attractions.

Everything!! This is a beautiful hotel and located in a great location. Right below the hotel is the subway which makes traveling around the city a breeze. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Although the hotel is located in a very busy area it was still very quite. The breakfast buffet selection was 5 stars and they added special items each day. This will be the hotel I stay at everytime I visit Osaka.
