Don't think twice. I bet there is no better place with this price in Osaka. It's located 8 mins away from Tengachaya station and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants. The convenience stores and drug stores are all around.

We had a fantastic stay Location is perfect Host really friendly Apartment is really spacious and you even have an outdoor area with a washing machine. Our host is absolutely exceptional in all senses. She prepared delicious breakfasts with fruits, special menus for our children. And every evening we find out our clothes absolutely clean and folded. When we left she insisted to drive one of us to the main station with our luggage so that we did not carry all the heave luggage there before leaving with the Shinkansen. The house is old, very typical.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The unit was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for my family. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Shin-Imamiya and Dobutsuen-Mae train stations, making it easy to get around Osaka. There are also plenty of halal food options nearby, which was very helpful for us. A Family Mart is right around the corner, so getting snacks or essentials was no problem. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet very practical with a laundry service located just below the hotel. This made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families or groups looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located place to stay in Osaka. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Tengachaya station has direct train to/from KIX via Nankai express & Finest is a mere 10 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets & convenience stores nearby. We were 7 people and the 3 bedroom apartment was great for us, particularly as we had 3 bathrooms & toilets.
