The staff was very polite and comunicative (sending instructions for check-in and answering questions). The apartment is renovated in a modern style. It's spacious, clean, cosy and well equipped with several kitchen, bathroom and bedroom amenities. It's located very close to a subway station (no more than a 2-3 minutes walk) and a mall, along with several convenience stores... It's probably the best price to quality ratio in Osaka! 10 out 10 and would definitely stay again the next time we're visiting!

It’s located in a good location (close to the train station). The room is quite big when compare with normal hotel in Japan. All facilities are so good! There is free beverage machine, matcha and chocolate is really nice☺️☺️ the price of the hotel is reasonable. If you would like to enjoy the trip in Osaka, I recommend to stay in this hotel 😊

Very good location at the center of Osaka, awesome super clean and confortable room, a good welcoming from staff, a delicious Japanese breakfast. I also like the super Market at the ground, very convenient! the washing machine is also very easy to use with the timer on the TV screen so as we can check the time left and the availability of the different washing machines. I highly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

The staff was very friendly and the hostel was very nice and clean with located at a very nice place just few minutes from metro station easy for connectivity and right next to dotonbori getting there was easy. Overall the place was very good and would recommend it anyone looking for a stay in osaka.
