Perfect for a group stay! The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

the room is spacious, the on-site onsen is bigger than I expected!! It has indoor and outdoor pools which can accomodate lots of people during rush hours. The hotel is just across the subway station, very convenient if you want to go to universal studio.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service.
