Beautiful location, care taken to ensure the privacy and comfort of guests, delicious and creative menu, relaxing and therapeutic onsen, natural scenery from every window, really nice staff. Unexpected experiences in the vicinity, including a big waterfall that you can walk behind, a colourful nature trail close to Fujiiso, the lovely town of Obuse.

The place was well kept and clean. The owner/staff was extremely helpful from before arrival to check out. Quite a fair bit of food nearby so you’ll not go hungry.

This was an incredible and unforgettable experience. We stayed in the Japanese style room with a beautiful view of the garden and mountains. We went several times to the private onsens without ever having to wait.
We really felt that we were living an experience.
The people working in the facilities are also incredible. We didn’t have time enough to book the dinner so they took us for free to the only restaurant available around, which was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family-run ryokan. The family was very friendly and eager to help in any way needed. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious.
