Spacious room, everything was well arranged and organised. Staff was helpful and professional, and provided all necessary information we needed to know about. And the guidebook in the room showed info about how to travel around the area. And there is a laundry room and we could pay to wash and dry (p.s. very reasonable prices). On-site free parking is a plus too!!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything had been thought through and the room had all the amenities you could need. There was also a free laundry room. Friendly service. Great location next to the train and bus station.

Everything really. The staff is so helpful (I asked for the ingredients of a sauce we like and they printed us a recipe, how cute).
We have a massage there. So good. In your room and even good value.
Dinner is in your room and they make your bed after.

Tai was so wonderful, he helped us look for day trips, restaurants and took us again and again to the city. We felt so at home with Tai and his mother welcoming us and constantly giving us little sweets and tips for Japan. Would love to come back again.
