The loveliest woman took care of everything and everything was amazing. The food as well was exceptional! I loved the location, right next to the bus stop, but you have to love a quiet place.

The room is so big. I think we got a room for 4 people even though there are only two of us. The separate dining area is nice. The futon was comfy and the duvet was so fluffy and warm. Luckily there were 2 heaters, 1 for d room and another for dining area. I absolutely love d outdoor onsen for women. We spent 1 hr there and it wasn't cold at all although it was winter. The vegetarian japanese breakfast was awesome.

We had a great stay in this little ryokan run by a friendly old lady who goes out of her way to make travellers feel welcome. It's an old house with an outdoor hot spring (we had the place to ourselves!). In the evening you can have dinner in the house (various options). The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an authentic experience in the area. You might need a car if you want to reach the ryokan easily.
