The staff is just so lovely and kind!! Always eager to help and with a smile on their faces. The rooms are small but cozy, the bed is super comfortable, and the common spaces are enjoyable. The location is close to various train stations - within 20 minutes, you are almost anywhere on central Tokyo. Can't recommend enough!!

We stayed at Komachi Higashinippori with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and newly renovated — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The layout was perfect for a family, with enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were convenient and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful. Although we arrived late, the check-in process was smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Communication in English was easy as well. Highly recommended for families or small groups visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay again!

The property is excellent. I had a big room with two beds and a small tatami living room space even if i booked for just one person. The double balcony is also really nice, everything is so clean and new. All you can drink coffee and all you can eat ice cream was also completely convenient as well as the whole skin care set available at the first floor.
