This is great location if you're traveling from Narita Airport since it's near Nippori Station and you can take Skyliner so there's no need to change trains while moving with luggage. The same train station makes it accessible to other tourist spots and there are cafes, restaurants, and supermarket nearby. We loved the fusion of modern and traditional aesthetic. Our room was clean and the place is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff were also very nice and helpful to us. Didn't have chance to take pics but will definitely do when we go back 😊

I stayed at many places during my trip in central/west Japan but I can say this is the best hostel I stayed in. I first had 8 nights there, and decided to come back for 3 more nights at the end of my time in Japan. I didn't want to go anywhere else! The vibes at Sato-san's are amazing. Nana san, Yuta san and little Anna san really know how to make their guests feel welcome. The place is quite simple but so nice. Everything is spotless thanks to the hard work of the hosts and the futons are comfy. It was also a lot of fun meeting new friends around the beautiful and warm kotatsu and sharing late night snacks with them! The hostel is located in a very interesting and local area not to far by metro/train from Tokyo's main sights. I loved strolling through Joyful Minowa! I had a wonderful time at Sato-san's rest, and I'll definitely return (ᵔ◡ᵔ) ありがとうございました

We stayed at Komachi Higashinippori with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and newly renovated — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The layout was perfect for a family, with enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were convenient and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful. Although we arrived late, the check-in process was smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Communication in English was easy as well. Highly recommended for families or small groups visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay again!
