Great stay for our family with two boys under three years old. We had everything we needed from a small kitchen, friedge, microwave for those konbini runs to Familymart right across the street to a washing machine, big bed for all four of us, sofas to relax in and a perfect location with only 10 minutes walk with a stroller to the central part of Ueno. Staff was also very helpful in preparing af children’s bed before our arrival and the communication is quick, clear and in perfect English. They even helped filling out the papers for shipping our luggage from Familymart to our next stay in Osaka. Aaaalso they are just a superior young team with different nationalities, all with great smiles and helpful attitude. They also have great insight of the area and we got some great recommendation to where the best Matcha lattes were.

We booked this place for our last night in Tokyo and the room didn’t disappoint. The room was very spacious (twin size) and the location was great, in a very nice area close to Tokyo dome. I liked that the room had plenty of space of our luggage and that they provide you with complementary jelly and water. Apparently there’s also free soba during the evening but we didn’t get to try it. The staff also let us store our luggage after checkout and let us in earlier than the official checkin area with no additional cost. That was really kind of them.

The room was in classic japanese style, it included "private onsen" apart from bigger onsen and terrace on the 6th floor. It surely was little bit older, but it was quite spacious. they cleaned the room everyday. The breakfast was not great, not terrible. You had japanese style meals and some of western style breakfast. Complimentary tea and the microwave for the hard times you are hungry and only option is bento from 7/11 is also super nice. The location is further away from the most popular areas, but if you plan to stay longer, there is a nice park, shrine and subway/train stations are not far away. Anyway, the street is very calm and felt very safe and I had everything that I needed nearby. The internet is strong enough for working, even though I was told it is not (measured 184 mbps)

Staff was very friendly and ready to help 24/7. They even lent me a shoe dryer after the rain! You get free amenities and also coffee/tea from the lobby. It's located in a great area, close to public transport. We also had breakfast there which was really tasty. And if you're up for a late night snack you have to convenience stores close by. The room was quite small, but that's on us as we booked it that way. Very clean and nice looking. Overall great experience!
