Couldn't have been more impressed with our stay. The staff was very helpful in bringing luggage up into our room and, on the way out, taking care of our mobile wifi and calling a taxi.
So thoughtful, so clean, and we even ordered a pizza from the restaurant downstairs that was very solid.
The location was close to Akihabara station, walkable-ish to Ginza, and in the heart of a lot of the action.
Overall, a fantastic stay for my wife and me.

We absolutely loved everything! The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

This hotel and the service was excellent. All the staff were lovely, room was large, clean and beautiful and the amenities were wonderful. Gorgeous area close to everything. I cannot wait until I return.

We got the one-bedroom apartment. The room was so clean and the staff members were really great and helpful. The location is exceptional, Marunouchi is a beautiful and very elegant area with lots of shops and restaurants. The imperial Palace is nearby just across the street where you can visit the beautiful garden. The hotel is really recommended.

Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful scene and location. Would recommend for special occasions, and highly recommend enjoying the hotels resturant downstairs, some amazing food and coffee.
