Very quiet neighborhood, nice family owned business. The house and facilities are clean and all the other guests were considerate of others. We had a lovely stay and went shopping at Old Nakasendo every day :)

The house is about a 10-minute walk from Motohasunuma Station. It's a standalone house, and we stayed on the ground floor, which has two bedrooms with tatami floors and Japanese-style futons — giving it a nice traditional feel. Everything was excellent. Room was clean. The common facilities is spacious. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I like the neighboorhood There is local market and river. Also the hostel is closed to the station.

This is a great little apartment, enough space for a short stay. Location is great and easy to get into the city centre. A supermarket at the end of the road and plenty of convenience stores around. Also a Starbucks within walking distance. Shower and aircon work well. Good internet for remote working. Nice and quiet with no traffic noise and neighbours are generally quiet. Place was clean enough for us. Owners are very responsive and helpful.
