Basically there are 3 independent rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a washroom in this apartment, which is good for our family. The host Lanning is exceptional. She has been very responsive and has helped us whenever we requested. She even went to show us the train station and buy tickets for us. Also, she stored luggage for us when we went for few days to Osaka. Cleaning service was provided whenever requested. The train station is like 2 minutes walk and very convenient. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful experience staying with the lovely hosts at Pacefil. Located in a peaceful japaness neighborhood with easy access to the main Tokyo attractions by metro, it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The ladies running the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Bonus: Super convenient for travelers, easy to travel by metro to connect with the monorail to Haneda Airport! If you're visiting Tokyo and want a quiet, clean place with warm hospitality and great connections around the city, I absolutely recommend staying here.

Superb stay - one of our favourites in Japan! - cosy apartment with everything we needed - in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood - comfortable bed and apartment to rest and relax in - convenience stores, supermarkets, and a nice ramen shop nearby - host was also very nice to leave a box of almond cookies (delicious) on the kitchen table for us (: needless to say we devoured it ;)

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the accommodation was, a lot of supplies and necessary things are available that usually are not provided by the host. We even washed our clothes and all the necessary things were there for it! Located close to the train station and has 7 eleven just around the corner.
