What I love about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond for Families , Being from New york city I never have gotten treatment like this Not in Europe and some parts of Asia, Hotel Kaie Staff From The Customer service Reps to the Manger and Supervisor made me Feel at home. I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. No other hotel in Tokyo will go above and beyond like HOTEL KAIE EAST SIDE.

Tokyo has a lot of pretty expensive accommodations, but I was very happy to find this affordable rental near downtown. However, please note there is NO WIFI. We were going to Disney as part of our trip as well and the location was great for that too! Comfortable and the AC/air flow makes for a great stay.

The property is amazingly spacious and comfortable. Being located above the restaurant maybe a concern for some regarding noise, but we heard nothing. Speaking of the restaurant highly recommend eating there not just for the great food but also the atmosphere and friendly staff. Conveniently located near 711, Lawson and the train station, which is about a 20 minute ride to Tokyo. Highly recommend this for your next stay.

The location was very good - only a short walk to Oshiage station and easy access to local buses. It was quite spacious. In fact, it can sleep up to 6 people and there were only 3 of us. The washing machine was handy. Other facilities (microwave oven, fridge) were good.

Excellent area near Odaiba and the bay, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, definitely value for money! Free transfer to Tokyo station for Narita express. Free spa ticket (that I did not use unfortunately).

It is located near the subway and bus stop. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and historical temple/ shrine. All rooms are equipped with own laundry, most rooms have small kitchen. Those are very valuable for long stays. Hotel staff is always helpful. Definitely my favorite place to stay
