To begin with, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We checked in early but they let us store our luggage and even use the laundromat before our room was ready.
The room itself isn't very big, but absolutely spotless, and the view is stunning.
The area is very vibrant - not obscenely so like Shinjuku but in a pleasant way. A lot of places to eat, and very well connected.
Breakfast was rich and delicious - so many wonderful Japanese dishes and even some Western ones for people who don't feel too adventurous (not us)

Best location in Tokyo.
Rooms are so big and toilets as well.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There are too many shops and grocery shops near by, metro station is connected with the basement of the hotel.
Compared with other hotels, this is the best hotel i have tried in tokyo.

Perfect location in Ginza- in the heart of the shopping district. Close to 2 major train stations. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, with good beds and bathroom. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel puts out free snacks and drinks so generously that you can actually have your light breakfast there. I will definitely stay again. Great value.

Self contained space with washer/ dryer and cooking utensils. Staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. Location was close to metro so easy to get around or get a taxi back to.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for our 11-day trip. While we had the smallest studio available (booking.com did not seem to have any other sizes listed), it was decent bearing in mind Japanese hotel room sizes, and clean and well laid out. Kitchen was very well equipped, with ample cutlery, crockery and even bakeware. Friendly and responsive staff, even had a large amount of adapters and umbrellas for us to borrow. Soundproofing was also very good, we were not even aware that there were other guests on our floor until we bumped into them at the elevator. There was some repair work going on in the corridors but frankly we could not hear a thing!
What I was very pleasantly surprised about was how convenient the location was; coffee and bakeries literally two doors down, more convenience stores than I could count within a 150m radius, and two very well linked stations barely 2 minutes' walk from the property. It was also a pleasant 25 minute walk to main Ginza, for those who want to enjoy some night life without worrying about extortionate taxi rides home (metro stops running before half past midnight).
All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel for couples on busy trips who want a safe and relaxed, but well linked place to stay.
