Amazing spacious apartment in a lovely suburban pocket of Tokyo. One family member had a hard time with the futon and didn't sleep - fortunately we discovered spare ones the second night to layer underneath (think princess and the pea). Great to have a full kitchen and plates etc to cook 'at home.'

It is in a residential and quiet location, with lots of convenience stores nearby. The train station is also close enough to walk. It is a short train ride to Shinjuku which makes connectivity extremely easy. Two separate bedrooms, one has a wardrobe, a kitchen with all necessities, well stocked bath and washing machines, sufficient towel, hair straighteners/curling irons, enough amenities and a simple digital keypad door entry (so you don't have to worry about losing a physical key)

The house was amazing, so spacious for 8 adults. Enough beds, bathrooms and social space. Location was great as we wanted a different area of Tokyo. The roof top terrace was a nice outside space, isn't huge but enough for 4-5 people to sit and eat up there. Nakano area has ample shops, restaurants, and convenience stores everywhere, great thrift area. Train station was very close to get anywhere else. I would highly recommend this house an location if you are travelling in a big group and want space.
