It was pretty cool to see a hotel, café, and art museum all in one. The art and overall aesthetic gave the place so much character. When comparing to other hotels in Japan, their rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. The facilities and amenities were complete, and the staff were hospitable and accommodating. I really feel like I got my money's worth, so I would definitely stay here again and even recommend this to others.

Great location. Direct train to the airport and city centre. Only 10 minutes away to shinkansen station by taxi. Very convenient as it is located next to skytree mall and has a big supermarket underneath. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size is not too small. Clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable. Free breakfast with lots of variety.

This was easily my most favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. The location was quiet, safe and offered a lot. The breakfast and service every morning was well worth it and made us feel so welcome and good. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite me not knowing any Japanese. The bathroom, was the main reason we got the room and it was beyond worth it. 100% would stay here again and gladly!

Loved the spacious beds, facilities and equipment provided were sufficient. Room was clean and tidy, the 3 double bed room is very comfortable and spacious for 3 adults (family). There were some extra pillows in the cabinets, checkin process was smooth and all information is given before hand. The guide book provided was really helpful. Very close to many eateries/fast food nearby. There is a supermarket open till midnight, a family mart/ 7eleven/ Lawson all within walking distance. JR Kinshicho station is 8 minutes walking distance away. The malls near the station has a lot of shopping / restaurants. This is a great area feels homely and safe even around night time. This is a great area to stay if you wanna be away from the touristy districts but still be connected, felt like I was living in an apartment not a hotel!

By far the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Very very clean, perfect location near to the train station and the Skytree area. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for 3 people and luggage. Any questions we had were very quickly answered by staff. The area was quiet and near convenience stores and restaurants. There are lockers on the ground floor for storing luggage.

No key needed. The entry was granted based on passcode alone. It's not difficult to get breakfast around the neighbourhood; given that there's a 24-hour chain restaurant around the property. Where there' s a convenient store and izakaya in the neighbourhood, we will not have to worry about being hungry in the middle of the night too. It was located at a quiet neighbourhood. I feel safe walking around the neighbourhood.
