The place is so clean and so relaxing to sleep after a very tiring trip. So peaceful and calm that is what I like most. We did not turn on the aircon for 2 days cause it is so cold already. But we did not turn on the heater either😅 since my friends love the cold weather 🥰

The 2 laundry machines were convenient. We were also able to use the two showers at the same time without having problems with sharing the hot water. It is very well located, close to the station, one station away from Ikebukuro which is one of the main stations of Tokyo. There’s a school nextdoor but this was still a very quiet neighborhood.

Tiny tiny place, smaller then photos present. OK for one person. Poorly stocked, no condiments or basics at all. Key not in keybox as was instructed, had to wait outside with luggage until someone brought it. Location is ok, quiet but near the station.
