First off, let me shout out Lana, who provided me with the most welcoming and pleasant service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She practically glowed with warmth, and was both very generous and patient. Talking to her felt like meeting an old friend. Thank you for everything Lana :)
The location itself is incredibly accessible and conveniently located. We adored the style and design of the interior, very warm and tasteful, not to mention exceptionally clean. The lighting of both the exterior and interior is beautiful as well. Incredibly comfortable atmosphere overall and makes you want to spend more time there. We stayed in a King room and felt right at home, and in fact would have loved to move in!

This was my first time staying at JR-East Hotel Mets at Komagome. The room was a good size (larger than equivalent APA hotels I have stayed at) and more than large enough for a single traveler. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The best feature of the hotel was it's location adjacent to Komagome station. Komagome is on the Yamanote line, providing easy access to the rest of Tokyo. I also really liked the area around Komagome station , as it is more of a local area and less busy/touristy than areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, etc. There are also several konbini stores directly outside of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

It fit our group of 6 easily. The neighborhood was beautiful, with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. It was so close to Ikebukuro but felt like a different Tokyo on this street, especially with the Temple right across the street. Zoshigaya station is just a few minutes walk away and directly connected to Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro stations .

it's a cozy home stay which you can treat like your small home in Japan for a short vacation trip. Just enough space for 2 person to stay, equipped with all necessaries including washing machine etc.. and it is very clean. quite convenient to go to train station and area nearby. had dinner just right outside the small road to house on first night, and it's local nice restaurant for a meal.

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.

The staff at the reception desk was really helpful. We wanted to drop off luggage before check in and they were happy to help. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great. There was a larger garbage bin for recycling and a microwave in a common area on one of the floors.
