Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel was easily accessible at a walkable distance from Sakuragicho station and Pacifico Conference Center where I attended a conference.Reception staff is very kind. especially thank you, Mr. Nepali, for providing us with information about tourist spots around Yokohama and Tokyo. He also guided us about transportation. Free flow of coffee and tea for 24 hours was appreciable. I am happy with my stay and recommend travellers to stay at the hotel. Thank you again.

I liked the location, the amenities ( bath salts, facial creams and lotions, drip coffee y self heating eye mask(!)). My room was on a 10th floor and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice size ( bigger then other business hotels). There is a supermarket and a konbini right by the hotel. The Kannai station is good to reach on foot. Everything was great!
