The reception staff were very pleasant, always had a smile on their faces when we arrived. Yamakawa and Tsuchiya communicated with us well in English, helped us with check in/check out and reservation of a Japanese restaurant which only spoke Japanese. Exceptional and professional service from the both of them as first point of contact and representatives of the hotel! Thank you for making our stay smooth!

Very clean and calm atmosphere. The Spa and Sauna are great, there is free water at the reception and free ice cream/milk which is really appreciated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
