Very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Love it that they brought our luggage to our room when it was available. Great to have the onsen in-house for free. Very generous with the beverage packets and toiletries, pity I didn't take more of the tea packets.

Incredible and iconic hotel overlooking Yokohama. If you get the chance to, stay here! Old school luxury and lots of attention to detail. Perfect location for exploring Yokohama. Try to get a room on one of the upper floors to experience the glass elevator going up and the views over the city.

Location is great for me. Staff is fine, room is perfect for the purpose (business travel). Breakfast: not buffet, but large portion; two main choices (Japanese / western).
