Location was ideal as its next to the cable car so we can travel to and fro from there. Taxi stand and Train stations was next to Hotel so transportation was settled. Room had a good view which on a good day, you can catch the view of Mount Fuji, so that was nice.

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The location has easy access to train station for travelers to carry their luggages in a walking distance. In additon the hotel is acessessible to shopping malls and restuarants.
