Despite arriving early before check-in time, I just needed the correct type of cable to charge my mobile immediately upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight. On the day of check-out, they helped me pack and ship a box with extra items to the hotel near the airport, where I would stay until my flight back to Europe.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions.
