It was a beautiful colonial house with a swimming pool and lovely garden. The rooms were old-fashioned but spacious, and the two charming staff members I met, Jack and Yvonne, were wonderfully kind and thoughtful. Yvonne cooked breakfast on the spot - delicious - and Jack provided towels, hairdryers, taxis and helpful information.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, wifi worked well, it is walking distance from the UN building - perfect for work. The shuttle was absolutely amazing, such a great service to offer guests. And the cherry on the top: the staff. So nice and willing to go an extra mile to provide guests with the best service. I would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, serene and I really loved the food. I had to cut my stay short due to an unforeseen emergency back home and Edward was so gracious and even refunded money to me. I really appreciated his efforts as I wasn’t expecting a refund. WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.
