Amazing flat, nicely decorated and spotless. The host was fast to reply and responded to whatever issue I had. The gym was good enough though it was a bit small. I’d love to return to the same flat again for longer stay

First and foremost, the rates were worth every penny paid, then the treatment and care right from the care taker to the owner (Mrs. Keiza, oh she is an amazing host, never felted so cared for and so at home like I was at her apartment). Then the facilities, were all new and operating optimally, the aroma in the apartment, we wondered what scent she uses but it was so refreshing and soothing each time we went back to the apartment from my meetings. To crown it all she actually allowed us to stay a little longer as her caretaker made the place ready for the next guest to come 2 hours to our checkin, which is something we had never encountered before with other apartment owners. Thank you Keiza and Damaris for having made our stay at your apartments feel better than home :) We will always pray that in our next booking, we find your apartment available.

My stay was short but worth it. The Residences lived up to Trianum service standards. The flat was clean with all the essential provisions, usual amenities such as internet and Trianum's regard for sustainability was apparent in the Residences. For the price point (l got a discount), the flat was spacious and well laid out. Best of all, the pleasant and friendly staff made me feel like a family member coming back home. I especially appreciated the availability of attending staff at all hours since I arrived much much later than my stated check-in time. And the welcoming smile was still there.

Marvelous, well maintained studio. Wonderful location and easy to access. Adequate and secure parking. An accommodating and responsive host. The view from the balcony is breathtaking especially in the night time.
