The front desk manager was excellent in accomodating us, so much so that we cancelled another hotel and returned to the Norfolk as indeed we will every time we are in Nairobi.

The location, the staff, the ambience, the room, the restaurant, the food, the baggage storage facility. Everything that I was looking for as a transit hotel before my journey to Masai mara was wonderful. The check in process was smooth, the check out was more smoother. They helped with the baggage storage when I was away for 2 days at Masari mara. A special mention to their restaurant which has the best ambience and the best food. The location is in the city but the rooms towards the trees make you feel you are away from the hustle. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi
