The staff were always warm and friendly. The food was amazing. I'd like to mention the chauffeur service led by Mr. Eston and his team was incredible. Very comfortable and polite. we really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Mokka .it was quite clean and staffs were very helpful and kind .they even helped us with early check in although we arrived at 04:00 AM and arranged shuttle from airport .Thank you so much to all the team and look forward to see you again .

All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was varied each morning. I was greeted in the morning to check up on me if everything was alright with my room. Housekeeping service, room service and reception were all responsive to my phone calls extremely quickly and delivered the task I was after promptly. The hotel was very spacious, a nice waiting room for taxis and staff looking out for your taxi driver. The 24 hour service bookings for tours was excellent and helped us out with a complicated park entrance fee for Nairobi National Park etc. The bar staff were amazing so fun and friendly ordering drinks and going out of their way to split our bills, food was served so quickly. Upstairs was great with the pool and rooftop etc. I returned back because it was such an amazing place to stay. A big shout out to a few amazing staff members: Patrick, Carolyne, Florence, Denis, Linda and Many.
