The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

Location was great and very safe for a female solo traveler. The hotel Staff was outstanding, they helped me book the river cruise even though it was last minute as well as my bus to siem reap. Everything was top-notch clean. Pool area and the view. Breakfast was great as well .

The hotel and pool areas have a serene, relaxing vibe, ideal for unwinding after exploring Phnom Penh. The location is also excellent—central yet quiet. Reliable taxi services of the hotel make the ride from and to the aiport relaxed. Highly recommended for a tranquil and comfortable stay!
