The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

Super central location, yet peaceful and quiet when you enter. Beautiful lush garden, lovely swimming pool, good (although expensive) restaurant. Room is spacious, well equipped with enough space for your things, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, big selection with some parts changing daily, loads of fruits. Staff is kind and very helpful, booked a very affordable ride to Battambang for us. We will definitely go back if we are in Phnom Penh

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. We received complimentary early check in after we arrived very early just to store our baggage. The pool is really what stands out. View is amazing and also the bar was superb. Can’t recommend enough.

exceptional stay with Luxcity hotel. we arrived 2 hours earlier than check in starts, but we had a room without problem and no additional fee for that. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right at the entrance of the Royal Palace and just a few minutes walk to the National Museum. The room was spacious with great views to the pool and the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety. The staff at the Pool Bar and the Skybar were also very polite and helpful.
