The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help in anything we could think of. At the check-in we were greeted with cold refreshing towels and a drink. Every time you pass by the lobby (either arriving of leaving the hotel) you are greeted with a refreshing towel and a glass of cold water. The staff organized for us a guide and a driver for visiting the temples in a very efficient way. The swimming pool of the hotel was very clean and refreshing in the hot weather. You can have your lunch or dinner just on the board of the pool. The food that is offered was very tasty! We were proposed a large variety of breakfast so one could find the best one for your taste.

Central Suite Residence is perfectly located in the city center on Sok San Road near by Pub Street, Old Market, and Night Market in the heart of Siem Reap.

Great location, it's a walking distance to pub street and nice restaurants nearby. But the high value in this hotel is the staff! It was the hotel with the friendliest and sweat staff i have been in south east Asia. I definitely would stay here again if i return to Siem Reap

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Efficiently functioning air conditioning and wireless internet. Extremely nice staff always ready to help. In particular, they allowed us to check in the room a little earlier and found a nice driver for us ($15 for the whole day) to visit the nearby temples. Possibility to do laundry and pick it up in the evening of the same day. The hotel's excellent location. Safe neighborhood. It is worth adding that on the street where the hotel is located there is a nice restaurant with Kmer food. I definitely recommend choosing this place. Many thanks to the hotel staff for such a nice stay!

First of all , there are no buildings in Siem Reap due to regulations by UNESCO , so you won't find elevators in any hotel . This hotel is in center of the city and near many bars & restaurants . It is near to the Pub street and old market . The staff is very welcoming and nice . We requested for vegetarian breakfast and they prepared everyday a dish for us .

We liked everything about the Blanc Residence. the whole place was spotlessly clean. our room was very comfortable & serviced everyday with fresh towels. the aircon was almost too cold. A fantastic shower with plenty of hot water. WiFi worked well throughout the premises.The pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was good with choices available & they will make up a breakfast box for early starts. It is a family run business & they are all so gracious. You. an arrange your tours & onward travel at the hotel. A short walk from Pub Street with many restaurants nearby. Great value for money. This place was so good we extended our stay. Highly recommended.
