The location of the guesthouse was great—about a 7-minute walk from Hongik University Station. It wasn’t too close but still very walkable and convenient. We arrived quite late at night, but the owner was very kind and gave us clear instructions on how to check in, which made things easy. The staff were also very responsive to all my messages and always ready to help. This guesthouse is run by a family, and that personal touch made the atmosphere warmer and more welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and definitely will come back here again next time if I go to Seoul.

This accommodation really feels welcoming and is a flat you can truly feel at home during your stay in a foreign place! We spent a month there and could not be happier in any way! The flat is spacious and very comfortable, with good-sized rooms and all you could possibly need, with AC in all rooms. The host was super helpful and accommodating and replied to any questions within minutes! As we were staying so long, we even got extra cleaning twice! The location is excellent, with the residential feeling of Yeonnam and more lively Hongdae just minutes away, and a bus stop with several buses to take you to the centre 2 minutes away, and two different subway stations and lines close by. There are plenty of cute cafés and restaurants in Yeonnam (had the best tonkatsu I ever had at a place just 5 minutes away!), and of course, you have all the more touristy options in Hongdae! I'd definitely book this accommodation again, and I recommend it to any Seoul travellers, especially families!

The location was perfect. I was able to walk to the busy areas of Hangdae at any time, shops were open 24 hours, and buses and trains were not too far from the airport. The place was a walking distance from the station, and instructions were given beforehand. Reasonable space for one with cooking facilities, washing machine, Netflix, fridge, humidifier, and working AC. Codes worked well with increased security (inside lock). The owner was kind enough to buy a kettle and tea bags when I asked.

A very unique guesthouse. The artwork all over the apartment was really cool. I found something new every time I looked! The facilities were good, it had everything for a short stay in Seoul! In a very good location less than 20 minutes into the central shopping areas by bus.

Very clean and nice, 5-10 min walk to the center of Hongdae. Check in and check out was very smoothly handled, lots of amenities (hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, bath products, etc) and the complimentary water was very much appreciated.

The host was incredibly kind and friendly. The bed was super comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. The host quickly and efficiently took care of all my requests. There were restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops right next door, so everything was really convenient. Choosing this place was definitely the best decision I made during my trip!

The place was really comfortable and really well equipped! Contact with the host was great, they gave us really easy instruction and left a manual for the apartament. The place is really close to a store, a station and there is a lot of cafes/restaurants in the area.

The Staff was really friendly, and our room was clean and quiet, while having city live right around the corner. We got freshly washed towels every day if we needed them and we even had a small kitchen with everything you need! to sum things up: if we ever visit seoul again, this is the hostel we'd stay in every time.
