Lovely hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, the best thing is the staff at the reception,they were very helpful and kind especially Shahan, Fouad, and Nader ..Sawsan at the housekeeping department is very kind and helpful . We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

I had the pleasure to stay at Voco Beirut , I cannot recommend it highly enough! from the moment I arrived the experience was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, my room was spotless , which made me feel comfortable and at ease. it's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean environment , which is so important for any traveler. Equally impressive was the level of service I received throughout my stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. always ready to assist with a warm smile, it is the kind of service that truly makes a hotel stand out. lastly , the location of Voco couldn't be better , situated in the heart of Downtown Beirut , it was perfect for exploring local attractions, dining options and entertainment venues . I was able to walk to many interesting sights, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I just had the most wonderful stay at La Vida Suite at Rawsheh Beirut , The hospitality is truly exceptional and embodies the best of Lebanese warmth. The staff, especially Muhammad, Mahmoud, Ali, and Elina, along with the third gentleman at the reception went above and beyond. The room was immaculate, everything fresh and new, and the view of Raouche Rock was absolutely stunning. And whenever I needed anything, it was there in a flash, making my stay feel truly special.
