The staff is absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful. There is not a question about the hotel or Colombo that the hotel staff cannot answer. The staff take a keen interest in your trip and stay and will give any advise or help without asking. It is a fantastic team running the hotel. The beds and rooms are clean and there are shared and bathrooms on the first floor that are always exceptionally clean.

The day we stayed there was my partner's birthday, the hotel offer us a pretty good cake surprisingly! My partner was so glad and enjoyed Bday night. Moreover they upgraded the room, it made us happy. The staff is well trained and when we checked in one of the receptionists told us to be careful as there are scammers nearby.

A very nice, new and very clean place at the heart of Colombo. The location is also perfect and the staff more than nice! We absolutely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Colombo!

My stay was absolutely great and that is why I am giving 10 on review, however as informed earlier to duty manager, someone smoked on non smoking floor and made the stay very unpleasant. Hilton told that they will compensate the uncomfortable stay it never happened. Look forward for an point compensation.

A good hostel in the middle of the city with good transport links. The place is clean, the bed was good to sleep, hot water, bedding. I slept well, and there was no traffic noise inside as I first thought. Air conditioners work. Everything I need from a hostel can be found here. Clean kitchen and breakfast. The hostess of the hostel is very friendly and helpful. She even directed my friend to a taxi at late night. She takes care of her guests.

I felt safe as a female solo traveller! It’s located near the railway station, Pettah market and Galle face so it’s perfect if you like to experience the hectic capital city. The staff is extremely friendly and both the room and bathroom are clean.
