This is the second time I have stayed here. It is a very comfortable place. I am happy that I can spend my time very freely. The staff here is also very friendly. This is the only place where you can get very comfortable, low budget and affordable accommodation around Colombo. I highly recommend this place. Really beautiful villa, turned into very charming hotel. Room was very clean with furniture in good shape. Common areas for chilling is nice as well. Bathroom was clean. There is a lot of green plants around and it is in the side street, so no noise from the traffic. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Recommend it 100%

We did enjoy our stay! A bed was very comfortable, and a room was equipped with everything necessary. Janaka is the host, who took a very good care of us! We received a beautiful plate of local fruits as a welcome gift. And other treats that were served in a very cute way. Janaka was always there to help us out when we needed it, despite the fact that his English is not very good. Also, the owner Ruvan was also very helpful, and we could contact him anytime for extra questions.

Great staff at reception, very convenient location to visit all main attractions, beautiful rooftop pool. The value for money is hard to beat as the rooms are very good, with balconies and even free minibar with some drinks. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy and decent-sized. Really loved Marino Beach club, extremely clean, private to the hotel, great food at reasonable prices and a shuttle each hour running till 7 pm.
