Amazing location as the property was in beach front, with a little gate giving access to the beach. Due to being low season we are the only guest but the quality of the stay was not impacted, and the host was amazing. Swimming pool is modern and it was clear even if it was just for us. The room was clean , spacious and air conditioning was powerful. We recommend the local breakfast with sea view. Lunch and dinner was not possible during our stay but host recommended us 'Priya Moon Cafe and Seafood Restaurant' located 500m away and it was so good we came back during the second night.

We absolutely loved our stay at simply peace. The place is so beautiful, clean, aesthetic and the staff is really friendly. A great plus is the outdoor gym which we used daily and is super well equipped. Overall I can highly recommend it for a relaxed, healthy stay.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing hotel and the location is superb too! We loved our stay, and we were sad to leave. The hotel is not so big (think 10 rooms max?) so it never feels crowded. The room and bathroom were spacious and the cleanest we had in our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. Large balcony that felt private. Also the beach was amazing, not so much for swimming because of the rough sea but in turn we had it almost for ourselves and it felt perfectly remote. (Tip: try the sea food on the beach at ocean breeze dining club restaurant just 10 min beach walk away!)

Super nice hotel, beautiful garden and very clean swimmingpool. Several restaurants are near by and a nice beach. Staff was extremly friendly and the breakfast we had was delicious. A big plus is the free kayaks!

We loved everything att Cinnabar, we stayed here 7 days here out of our 14 days i Sri Lanka and this was the highlight of our trips. The atomsphere and ambiance were stunning. Very close to nature. We stayed 5 nights in beach treehouse and two in penthouse treehouse. There are difficulties swimming in the ocean outside but everything else made it worth it. No A/C in the treehouse but so nice and coolvibe so this is no problem. Food and service super!

This place is Paradise on earth, beautiful and quiet. And at the same time, there are a lot of opportunities to explore not far from the resort. Barabara and her team are lovely, they made us feel welcomed and at home from day one. They did beyond what could be expected to secure we had a lovely stay. WE ARE COMING BACK

- Fast WIFI (but there can be problem when there is heavy rain) - Host and the staff are very kind and helpful (help you with informations, transfer, scooter renting, etc.) - Calm area, almost empty beach nearby (not touristy) - Beautiful natural beach just a few minutes on foot - There is a cute, delicious and cheap restaurant nearby (Ruwani home restaurant) - The hotel has its own generator, it is not affected by a power outage - Far enough from the center to be calm and quiet - Easy to get to the centre, with scooter its about 15-20' on the main road

I loved this homestay! It was super spacious, very clean and the family was just absolutely lovely! I unfortunately was a bit ill with the flu when I was there so I spent a few days in bed. So I’m glad it was comfortable to stay there. It’s super close to the beach which is beautiful! It also had some nice restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was simple but good. I do think you need to have a scooter if you would like to explore more of Tangalle. I did rent a scooter from the property and I have to say it was not the safest scooter I’ve had. If driving a bit fast, the whole bike started shaking and the breaks were not the best. However for my use it was okay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Tangalle.
