The best hotel in the whole Baltics! Very clean, the smell of perfume in the room, huge TV, comfortable beds, special value shower room in general new, soap and shampoo and milk premium Italian brand the best smell that I have heard, in the room carpeting is very pleasant to walk and you can even open the window, because the climate control is very hot, which in winter is a necessity!

Very clean appartment with big bathroom, bathtub for a really tall persons, warm floor, all kind of fresh towels, toothbrushes, soft bathrobes, stylish design thought out to smallest detail. A lot of windows and light, but if you need privacy or prefer to sleep in a dark - you can use blackout curtains. Really stunning view, you are right in the heart of the old city. Helpful and friendly staff on call is also +10 points. This is the best combination of price and quality, the hotel with the same facilities will cost at least 3 times more. I am absolutely happy to find such a place to stay in Riga and will recommend it to all my friends

Very cool and easy going staff, almost all of the members that I have met are smiley, friendly and helpful. The breakfast relies on limited things but it is really delicious and the breakfast area feels so comfortable and cosy; felt as if I was at the house of a friend. You can leave your stuff there if you arrive earlier than your check in or if your check out is earlier than your departure to your next destination. Many books there to read, friendly people around, nice common areas to chill. The rooms have enough space (at least the one I was in, for four people), they are clean, tidy and each person has their own locker for their important private things.

Don't hesitate booking this hotel!! we stayed here 1 night, arriving late and had frozen food sample we needed kept in a freezer - this wasn't a problem. the next morning we had business meetings and the staff gave us use of the very stylish bar for our meetings. Staff are outstanding and attend to all your needs. Breakfast is excellent.

Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities.
