Our recent stay at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden in Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the beauty and tranquility of the property. Rabi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Can’t beat the hospitality. Rooms were a very nice mix of traditional Moroccan and sleek modern; each one is unique. Breakfast was fantastic. Medina isn’t far, so it was a good central location. Hotel easily set up airport transfers for us.

First I would like to mention how amazing the host is! One of the kindest hosts I have met, incredibly helpful and so professional, always answering any questions I may have really promptly. I would like to use this review to thank him for being on top of things at all times! As for the apartment, absolutely perfect! I am so glad I picked this place, it could not have been a better choice. Calm, safe, peaceful environment with security at all times. The apartment is on the ground floor which is amazing because not only can we use the terrace but we are one second away from the gardens and the swimming pool. Feels like a little house! Inside it's even better than the pictures, very cosy, perfectly clean, perfectly equipped, the beds are so comfy. I felt so comfortable I actually skipped all the visits I had planned on my last day and just stayed in the apartment enjoying the terrace and gardens, I wish I could have stayed longer! I had a perfect stay!
