The staff were a delight. They couldn't do enough for us. We were allowed to check in early and offered tea and biscuits while we waited for them to finish cleaning the room. They printed out a map of the city and the most important things to visit and explained what was worth visiting. The room was quaint and clean. Lovely tiles in the bathroom. The location and the breakfast were great. If we could give it more than a 10, we would. Exceptional value for money.

Lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff who helped find us when lost in the medina and helped us to book a taxi transfer fo Chefchaouen. Beautiful antique rooms and amazing rooftop with great drinks and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Very well located in the old Medina, nice bedroom and rooftop. Staff were very nice and attentive, always eager to help. Breakfast was amazing, very delicious and well served.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautifully decorated room tucked inside the Kasba of Tangier. Each morning, stepping out onto the stunning terrace to enjoy the sea breeze, the sky and wonderful view, was a perfect start to the day. I was able to work comfortably under a large umbrella, surrounded by views and calm. The Kasba itself is a wonderful experience—getting lost in its narrow, winding streets, stumbling upon sculpted wooden doors and old buildings full of character. The hosts were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help—whether by running up to the terrace with anything you needed or offering guidance through the maze of alleys. They made everything feel simple, safe, and truly enjoyable.

If you want a location in the medina this is perfect- restaurants, cafes and places to visit aplenty. The Riad is authentic and unpretentious- like the host , Rachid, who will go out of his way to ensure you are looked after. He is sincere, knowledgeable and kind hearted, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed a great stay. We were in the budget double, cute and cosy with roof terrace and cityscape views. Breakfasts were good with some variety, and it was nice to meet other guests over coffee and croissant. We hope to return...

The Kasbah Rose was an great part of our first trip to Morocco. The owner Lorraine is a lovely hostess - we got the chance to chat with her during our amazing morning breakfast on the terrace overlooking Tangier. Loved sharing life stories with her and other guests during breakfast. Our house hosts Mohammed and his partner who we did not know her name took great care to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. Our room had a beautiful private balcony with a million $$ view! We were right in the center of the Kasbah. Walking distance to everything! June perfect weather... the city life was

10/10 Highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tangier. The location is amazing because you're inside the Medina but on the very edge of it; so you have easy access to explore the Medina but also the option to avoid it and walk around the outside. You're in between 2 main beaches, there's a lovely local Cafe next door we went to nearly every day for delicious coffee and mint tea for 10 dirhams aka 1 euro which is a quarter of the price you'll find at other more tourist centered cafes. The inside of the Riad truly is as stunning (possibly even more) as it looks in the pictures. It's clean, you can drink the filtered tap water (brita) there's a full kitchen set up that will easily accommodate your cooking needs. On site laundry came in very handy since our flights had luggage restrictions so being able to do laundry was a godsend. Last but definelty not least, easily the best part about this place is you have Ahmed. Ahmed is the manager for the property but also so much more, whether you need transportation to/from the airport, recommendations for restaurants or museums, help locating a specific item/souvenir, help with the facilities and so much more Ahmed has you covered, quick to reply on whatsapp and clearly prioritizes your comfort and happiness as guests! If I ever return to Tangier I know exactly where I will sleep!
