The staff are always quick to help. For example, the fridge in my room was not working and one of the room staff brought another immediately. The restaurant staff were always quick to replenish the generous breakfast buffet. Omelettes are made fresh, to your personal taste. Lovely to be out on the rooftop! Wifi was strong. We had selected premiums room with lake view (non smoking) and the room provided by the hotel was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and is well planned. The breakfast is fantastic with a nice spread. The staff is warm and ready to help.

The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.
