The free breakfast was a very nice bonus. Hot drink, eggs, veggies and bread. Free tea and coffee available all the time. Very clean room and facilities. Very good location just a hundred metres await from the Monastery. Will definitely reccomment it.

It is a family run Guesthouse, I felt quite safe and welcomed all the time, it is the best cost vs value option that you can get, the location is good, you have restaurants and shops and the main streets just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are not fancy but have all what you need, in my opinion the double rooms on the top floor are the most comfortable, the yurt at the rooftop is also nice. The owner and his son helped me with everything I need and were always aware of me, theh took me to the country side, they took me to the airport, etc, I definitelly recommend this place.

Perfect experience in this place. I love the. Room clean and comfortable and so is. The bathroom always well maintained. The kitchen is spotless and drinking water is abundant. The interior of the common area is pleasant, and thee whwolee place is well heated. Anand the owner helped w joining me with other guest making the trip way cheaper than if I joined other. Groups by online booking at travel sites. Bayasa the in house driver is courteous and pleasant and funny too. The lady assistant is also efficient and find ways to answer questions. I appreciate. Mongolia is a beautiful country I'd like to go back and someday stay at this same place. PS. Wifi is excellent.

Exellent accomodation, on 12 th floor in a beautiful building, located in a quite and safe area in the centre of Ulaanbaator. All services, like restaurants, supermarkets and all tourist interesting points, at walking distance. Large room moore confortable with balcony and nice view on the city. Sharing bathrooms, always very clean and functional. All systems like general heathing, shower, kitchen, operating very well. Free Internet with good signal. Transfer from / to airport available at any time. Ok also to reach interesting points in the city countryside. Boogii and family, very friendly, and available to provide any information. I had a very nice stay for 2 weeks, and I’m sure to return in the future. Absolutly recomended.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Very comfortable bed with the most comfortable duvet ever. The hostel recently opened so everything is new and modern. The owner Agge is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Spacious female dormroom, big window for some fresh air, airconditioning and big lockers available. Kitchen with necessities available. The best part is that the guesthouse is located right in the center of the city and close to everything. The largest departement store with a hypermarket & ATM are just a 5min walk away. Sukhbaatar Square is a 15min walk, the vegan restaurant Loving Hut is at a 8min walk, many exchange offices are also close by.

Ideally situated in the centre of Ulaanbaatar, Modern 2BR Next to Dept Store is a recently renovated apartment, providing free WiFi and parking on-site.
