Exellent accomodation, on 12 th floor in a beautiful building, located in a quite and safe area in the centre of Ulaanbaator. All services, like restaurants, supermarkets and all tourist interesting points, at walking distance. Large room moore confortable with balcony and nice view on the city. Sharing bathrooms, always very clean and functional. All systems like general heathing, shower, kitchen, operating very well. Free Internet with good signal. Transfer from / to airport available at any time. Ok also to reach interesting points in the city countryside. Boogii and family, very friendly, and available to provide any information. I had a very nice stay for 2 weeks, and I’m sure to return in the future. Absolutly recomended.

Great value for money, was very clean, and the owner was super nice. There are cafes in a short walk distance. There is no air conditioner in the room, and the beds were a bit firm. Everything is great. The room is sooooo big and so clean. Very comfortable to stay there. The location is also great, there have a Gs25 to buy some food. The hoster are very helpful and nice. If I back to this city, will come back again to this room for 100% sure.

The host helped us for the transfert from/to the airport for a fare price. He expected us in front of the apartment at the very late hour we've arrived. And the check-out was very easy and smooth. The taxi, both times was very punctual and the driver very kind and friendly. The location is great - 2km radius are the main sightseeing points from the city. A lot of small and big supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, in the area. Very warm apartment.

The owner was so kind and helpful. I made a last minute request to have the room arranged for my boyfriend birthday and make him a surprise and she exceeded the expectations and was able to arrange everything very fast. We had an issue with the UBCab app to pay the taxi driver and she was able to solve it in no time and it was late in the night. The staff was very welcoming as well .
