This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! Everything about this place is luxurious - from the space to the amenities to the staff to the food and beverages. The pool area, the beach, the restaurants, the beautiful grounds... All of it was gorgeous. I just wish we had spent more time at the hotel rather than go do activities. The bathtub and the jacuzzi on the balcony were especially fun, and our personal butler Naysin (and the rest of the team) went above and beyond for us. I also appreciated the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. This is not a party hotel by any means, but if you are looking for a good time you will find it easily.

Everything! The hotel is very clean and the put a lot of effort to keep it that way. The rooms are big with super comfortable beds and pillows. The personal is amazing!! I would love to name all of them but I don’t remember all the names. I remember Marlene who cleaned our room, David at the pool. In all the restaurants they were so nice!! Even at the Starbucks!!! My favorite person was Lina, the yoga instructor and the two ladies that help her to prepare everything for the class. I already miss you!!
