The big spacious “room” was amazing. very comfortable and a lot of space in the apartment to relax. the pool and garden is great, it feels like a jungle! Also the breakfast was excellent. Also around the corner is a cute street with lots of restaurants, kind of an upcoming neighborhood. we liked staying here more than in the down town area where it’s very touristic.

The room is wonderful furnished, bed is super comfortable , everything is nice and clean . The owners Roxy and Ramon are both great , every morning they’ve prepared a great breakfast with organic fresh fruit, eggs , vegetables, meat and an outstanding coffee.since the property is in a new neighborhood and the street in Tulum aren’t in a great shape, they provide mountain bike bicycles and they give us the best information for enjoy Tulum . We love staying there and I hope will be back .❤️

Fantastic rooftop with a small pool to cool off, we spent time up there every day. Aircon works well, water pressure is decent. Has an iron/ironing board plus a good sized fridge. Wifi is good and bed was super comfy. Theres also two small balconies either side with bikes to use. Would definitely stay again
