The staff are great. There is a varied menu and the food was always banging (amazing). Room service is efficient and was so handy to have available while I was stuck in an all day meeting. I forget the name of the chap on the bar near the sports room, but he's a top man! The level of English is varied but it doesn't deter staff from trying their best to help you. Hopefully next time my Spanish will be more than saying I can't speak Spanish :D I would like to say that the casino is quite varied and I was really happy to see actual card tables and not those boring ePOS machines. The dealers are charismatic and entertaining.

I think you need to fix the ac and heater I was having issues with the heater u tried to get the ac working but the heater was working instead

Excellent location right across the street from Tacos Frank! If you know, you know. Close to everything you need and to the San Ysidro border crossing. The hotel is nice and clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it!

I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but The Quartz is by far my favorite. Everything about this hotel screams custom and five-star. My room featured stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping city views, electronic roller shades, and a fully adjustable bed for maximum comfort. The bathroom felt ultra-luxurious, with a digital shower display showing temperature and gallons per minute. Every finish — from the flooring to the fixtures — was upscale and thoughtfully selected. They go above and beyond with the little things, too — like complimentary bottled water and gourmet coffee served in real ceramic mugs, not paper cups. It’s those small touches that reinforce the hotel’s commitment to quality. The entire property is next-level. You’ll find several restaurants either connected to or adjacent to the hotel, a lush tropical living wall, a peaceful garden, a full-service spa, and one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
