We choose this over two other 5 stars in KLCC and was not disappointed. The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

I technically booked 4 rooms. First time was a 2bhk for 4 nights where I stayed with my brother and parents. And then couple days later we had 2 studios for 1 night. And another studio for another night (which I believe is what I was prompted to review) Amazing view of the city. Decent location, most places I wanted to go to were 15-20 mins away (before traffic). Batu Caves was I think just a 15 mins taxi away. Really good price. Room was clean and had the expected amenities. Tons of restaurants literally within 2 mins walk, ranging from KFC for fast food, to Chinese, Korean and Malaysia restaurants, to even a 7-Eleven if you wanna grab something quick that Asian convenience stores are known for. There's also a pool and gym in the building that you can use. I wouldn't mind staying here again if I was to visit KL again in the future. PS: My parents and I were flying a day earlier than my brother. So I had booked a studio for additional night and asked them if my brother can have the same room as the one he was already in, and they accommodated this no questions asked.

Room and facilities were clean and overall fantastic. Gym was pretty fancy and there were many great restaurants close by. Breakfast was amazing in the adjoining coffee shop. Check-in and out were smooth and parking was all included.
